The El Dominio Fumeiro is the full Brasero system, a 60″ Santa Maria live fire grill combined with a 24×24×60 vertical smoker box, unified on a single welded base with a precision 1/2″ thermal air gap separating the two units.

The Santa Maria side runs the complete La Fortaleza specification, 1/4″ plate, V-grate parrilla, adjustable grate height, Brasero firebox, iron cross holder with FDA ceramic coat. Full live fire capability.

The smoker runs three removable shelves, a hip roof flue system with a 5×5 stack, damper-controlled smoke flow, and dual door access, separate doors for the firebox and cook chamber, each with plasma-cut hardware. A thermometer reads each zone independently.

The 1/2″ thermal air gap is not decorative, it is a precision engineering decision. The two fire systems operate at completely different temperatures and with completely different fuel loads. The gap ensures total thermal independence while maintaining structural unity on the base.
